3.Process and Application Compatibility

Weaving Compatibility:

Compatible with a variety of weaving equipment.

For weaving, it can be used on rapier looms (speed 200-250rpm) and water jet looms (water penetration depth 3-5mm), suitable for weaving heavy-duty fabrics with a grammage of 400-600g/m².

For knitting, it is compatible with circular knitting machines (gauge 8-12G) and warp knitting machines (number of guide bars 3-5), capable of producing plush and loop pile fabrics.

It is particularly suitable for weaving heavy-duty fabrics such as plush, carpet base fabrics, and curtain fabrics.

Color Performance:

4.Limitations

Lower Softness:

Compared to fine-denier acrylic, 300D yarn has a stiffer feel, making it unsuitable for intimate apparel.

It is more suitable for exterior decoration or non-contact textiles.

Limited hygroscopicity:

The standard moisture regain is about 2%, which is lower than cotton fiber.

Pay attention to ventilation during long-term use to avoid stuffiness.
