Thick Wool Yarn is a single-ply yarn that is soft, thick and easy to use. It is made of 100% wool. Australian 56-count Merino wool is selected, with an average diameter of 27.1-29.0um. From yarn development to wool selection, spinning, and dyeing, every link is strictly controlled to ensure that the yarn can retain the natural essence and characteristics of Merino wool.

The wool fibers used in this ultra-thick yarn are mercerized to remove 5% of the wool scales from the wool fibers. The treated wool feels smooth and is not easy to pill. It has high gloss, bright colors, and is shrink-proof.

Thick Wool Yarn is dyed with environmentally friendly dyes, and the color fastness reaches the European standard level 3 or above, exceeding the Amazon standard. It is available in a variety of beautiful colors, and the colors can be selected from the Patone color card.

Merino wool is extremely breathable and can respond to body temperature, so it can keep you warm and comfortable in winter and keep you cool in summer. It is perfect for a warm poncho, thick sweater or coat. It is also great for felting projects.
