Raw material selection:

Process core:

Relying on imported tight-fitting sprinkler devices, the yarn hairs are effectively controlled (the H value is reduced by about 20%), making the surface of the fabric smooth and has a silk-like texture.

Quality data:

The yarn defects (IPI value) are reduced by more than 50% compared with ordinary ring spinning, significantly improving the quality of the fabric, and the excellent yield rate exceeds 98%.

Fiber specifications:

Fine denier fibers above 1.5D*38mm are usually used, with spinning branches ranging from Nm 48/2 to Nm 60/2, and the uniformity of the strip is better than 12.5%.
