Processing Of Cotton Yarn

The production and manufacturing methods of cotton yarn are relatively complicated. Generally speaking, there are two spinning methods, namely carded spinning and combed spinning.

(1) Carded spinning process: cotton blending → cotton opening and cleaning → cotton combing → slivering → roving → slivering → bobbin dropping (manual winding and automatic winding) → finished product inspection.
(2) Combed spinning process: cotton blending → cotton opening and cleaning → cotton combing → slivering → slivering → combing → slivering → slivering → slivering → bobbin dropping (manual winding and automatic winding) → finished product inspection.

Uses
Cotton yarn has a wide range of uses. It can be used as weaving yarn, such as: bed sheets, quilt covers, curtains and other home textile series. It can also be used as knitting yarn. In particular, combed yarn can be used to produce textiles with higher quality requirements, such as high-end sweatshirts, fine poplin, etc. Cotton yarn can also be used to produce special industrial electrical yellow wax cloth, tire cord cloth, high-speed sewing thread and embroidery thread, etc.

(1) Cotton yarn has a long history of production and export in my country and occupies a certain position in foreign trade. All provinces, cities and regions have the ability to produce and export cotton yarn. The provinces and cities with large production and export volumes include Shanghai, Tianjin, Beijing, Shandong, Jiangxi and other provinces and cities.
(2) The main export destinations are Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Russia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Macao and other countries and regions.
